What Is EPDM?
EPDM is a fully cured synthetic rubber sheet membrane with a molecularly cross-linked polymer structure. Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) offers significantly greater durability, flexibility, and long-term stability than conventional waterproofing systems, with inherent resistance to weathering and ultraviolet exposure.
With an elongation capability exceeding 500%, EPDM is one of the most flexible single-ply membranes available for waterproofing flat roofs, buildings, and façades, and is widely recognised for a documented service life of more than 60 years.
Its combination of durability, elasticity, and environmental resistance makes EPDM suitable for a wide range of demanding waterproofing applications.
